Initiate Your Return
Log into your online account to print a pre-paid shipping label for mail-in returns, or simply bring your items and receipt to any Sports Basement retail location.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar container, including the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
