What is the 'Basement Spinner' return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy for most items. If you are a Basementeer member, you can enjoy a full year of return flexibility on un-used gear with original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping for sports equipment?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to the size and weight of certain items like bikes and ski racks, additional shipping surcharges may apply at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account dashboard to view the real-time status of your shipment.
Do you provide assembly services for bicycles?
Yes! All bikes purchased online for in-store pickup are professionally assembled by our mechanics for free. For bikes shipped to your home, some assembly is required, and we recommend taking it to a local shop.
What are the benefits of the Basementeer program?
Basementeers receive 10% off every purchase and we donate 10% of the profits from your purchase to a local charity or school of your choice.
Can I rent gear online?
You can browse our rental catalog for skis, snowboards, and camping gear online, but reservations must be finalized through our booking portal or in-person at one of our store locations.
